oh boy! Construction of that Bolo tie answered a life long question - what is the value of a piece of red string?
The Answer, $1.07 Yeahhhh...I had to go looking for red yarn and found it at wal-mart on a reel for rougly a dollar per meter, seemed so silly that on a saturday that, THAT'S the only thing I purchased...and thank goodness for simple "how to" guides on making the bolo tie out of a straw, some cardboard and a ping pong ball. few! over all...it looks nifty and i quite like it! The Glasses...well thats a short and simple story, I found them at Dollarama for a buck, 5 cents more then I paid for the STRING, annnnd I actually make use out of them! the lenses are like...magnfying glasses minus the handle! Plus they look like Richter's right? Close enough atleast? Boy they might make be dizzy at Anime North though... Well, enjoy! |
